SPN Management is a Real Estate Management Company that specializes in Property Management and Real Estate investing. Our focus is on acquiring multi family apartments throughout PA and the surrounding states.
SPN Legacy is a start-up retail line that we use as a platform to build awareness for those individuals in need. A percentage of the proceeds from our sales are going to help a cause of the choosing of one the awesome families we work with. Our gear is top notch and smooth!

Saverio P. Nestico
President
Saverio is our President and oversees all development, operations and expansion of all subsidiary companies of SPN Companies. Growing up in South Philadelphia, Saverio is a 1st generation Italian American, proud of his cultural and heritage which his family values very closely. That isn't the only thing that he values; he values the hard work and perseverance it takes to be successful, one of the many beliefs that his immigrant parents instilled in him. Saverio always carried an entrepreneurial drive and ambition like no other from a young teenager. Starting SPN Construction in 2009 at the age of 27, which is now one of the subsidiary companies under SPN Companies.
After a 14 year sabbatical Saverio had returned to college to finish his Bachelor’s degree. He graduated from Champlain College with a Bachelor of Science Degree in Integrated Studies as of December 2017. He is also a Licensed Real Estate Agent with Keller Williams of Philadelphia.
Miguel J. Luzon
Real Estate Management
Miguel is our Real Estate Management Executive. He is a major asset to the success of all the subsidiaries companies within our parent company, SPN Companies. With SPN Management, he is responsible for all property management of 50+ units within the Philadelphia County. He plays a critical role in the development of our Private Equity Fund for Real Estate Syndication which is launching in 2019. He is developing and evolving our systems through CRMs, which will enable SPN Companies to provide the most efficient services available
Miguel has an extensive background in many facets of real estate. From property management to real estate development to wholesale, this experience has given him an exceptional knowledge base. At SPN he is laser-focused on finding creative permanent solutions to complex problems.
Benjamin T. Mroz
Lead Project Assessor & Plans Designer
Benjamin is our Lead Assessor & Plans Designer who is a major asset to the success of all the subsidiaries companies within our parent company, SPN Companies. For our subsidiary company, SPN Construction he’s been with the company for 10+ years and has worn all hats and has been an intrigue to the growing success. He specializes in CADD (Computer Aided Drafting & Design) and as the Lead Assessor he plays a critical role in surveying all bids as being the first line of action and developing floor plans.
Benjamin holds a Bachelor of Science Degree in Construction Management from ITT Technical Institute.
Joshua D. Muniz
Construction Project Manager
Joshua’s role as the Construction Project Manager is primarily focused on all facets of direct oversight and management of all the day-to-day operations. Joshua’s role is to maintain and evolving the company with a great emphasis towards relationship management with all parties involved within the company to preserve the integrity that has been established over the 10 years in business.
Joshua has worked in the Philadelphia Area as a Construction Project Coordinator since early 2017. His previous work had him overseeing a crew of 300-1200 professionals throughout the USA, tasked with renovating large commercial/industrial facilities. He has joined SPN to help optimize and expand their operation.
Joshua holds a Project Management Professional (PMP) Certificate, which lends itself greatly towards his strengths in Project Management and evolving systems. Joshua prides himself on his time management, people skills, and dedication to improving the systems within SPN.
